Twilio SIP HELP

How to configure Twilio SIP with Digital Phone like microsip.
I Tried everything but it always shows the status requested time out. Can anyone please help?

check your firewall settings might be blocking the ports twilio needs also double-check your sip credentials make sure they match and are in the right format if it still times out consider enabling debug logs to see what's failing
