Another topic I wanted to address, and which I don't believe I've read about (recently at least), concerns ethics and the boundaries you set for yourself.

The watchword has often been money or fame, there's no escaping it. 
But sometimes, I believe, there are things we wouldn't reach even for all the gold in the world.

What is your position about that ?

I believe it very much depends on the person, some people have horrible ethics and boundaries for other people.

I personally know of a few people that would do whatever for all the gold in the world.

It's 2026 mate. Honestly, look at some of the worst cunts on the planet, why should you devote your life to penance and ritual when there are terrible people who have the riches of heaven right now? Why can't you have the same luxury if you're devout?

I do have a faith, but it's quiet and personal, something i cooked up from my experience that answers all the questions ive had all my life

You can have your faith buddy, theres nothing wrong with that, its just that it represents such a horrible irony when you're standing with those who also believe, but lie, cheat and steal with no consequence

It's not  so much the faith itself that's the problem, everyone is free to have their rituals, but it just exposes the rot of the real world, and sucks the dignity out of the belief if the worst of us think they got a chance in paradise
