it might sound stupid but you have to practice. there is no 0 to 1 book or perfect tutorial. practice on your own hardware. when i was in my early 30s i bought a computer just to learn everything from scratch.

try cybersecurity training platforms and CTFs, you can start with really basic stuff, explore each field/topic and they usually have nice docs and write ups to learn if youre stuck
