Really depends.. I think internally, AI will highly regulated when it comes to the ordinary Chinese citizen or business. The state however, will use AI freely. Also in the military field. No limitations are expected whatsoever..

This brings to mind a phrase i read somewher: 'USA invents, China copies, and the EU regulates. And meanwhile, Musk tweets'... it's funny how regulation is found by businesses as a stopper while it can be identified as a protectionist shield sooner than expected many times.....

Interesting quote. I think that regulation is merely a game. Businesses push it so decision makers don't adopt something harsher, and decision makes also make of it obviously. Some take it seriously though. Recent one has it that the EU fined itself over violation of the GDPR haha
