Anime Yato is slightly better than manga yato but aside from that both are really good. The anime won't ruin the manga for you so start there. After Episode 9 you can jump on to the Manga which would be around ch.12.

Noragami is a good anime. Not poor, not well.

One of my joy things regarding the show is Kofuku's antics. They were the most cheerful parts of Noragami.

for the Noragami Aragoto i think it would have same score tho.
