Remove Inactive Sellers and Banned sellers thread from marketplace

Remove Inactive Sellers and Banned sellers thread from marketplace most of sellers just created account and not active from 2-3 months may be a time-stamp can be added so if user is inactive for specific time period there thread will be removed , they are inactive may be they banned in other fourms
