commonly to procced stealer log it done through automatic tool commonly refer as Sorter,parser,or even checker, there various product that exist such as crystalsorter,Paranoia Sorter, Btool etc, they can be find in russia speaking forum mostly. for combo there feature to do that in tool.

jsut parse stealer logs with gnu linux tools (grep awk sed) to make a combo!

If you want to make a combolist I recommend you use a parser, you can write your own or use parsers available online, many in github.
If you want to do something more than just make a combolist, sometimes if you have a good stealer and some luck you can get good initial access to corporates etc.
