What is the best manga or anime for learn japanese level JPLT N4 - N3 ?

Not sure if this comes late as an advice but Naruto Shippuden is a very good anime to pick the language, although they can be very technical with their chakra techniques, there is plenty of different conversation types with different context

For N4, in my experience you need to watch a lot of anime not in 1 or 2. For example, i watch detective conan, dragon ball z, naruto, ghost in cell, pokemon, evangelion etc.. But beside you watch this, you can try for online class too.
