TLDR: Shoutbox isn't available for Tor users.

It has come to my attention through some testing with the assistance of @pine that the SB is not currently available for Tor users of the site (atleast that is what I assume)

Upon loading the shoutbox my network console was flooded with socket connection fails every seconds with the error message:

Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing). Status code: 403.

This is very frustrating as you can probably imagine as I have missed out on the SB for a while now. (since recode I believe)

Not sure why this is a thing but eitherway, I have attempted to list enough information here to make it easier to resolve.

I don't know, I think I remember the shoutbox working for me on Tor a few days ago. I checked and I was also getting CORS errors earlier, even though the shoutbox worked. Very odd.
