Reporting Threads by Deleted Users

When a user has had their account deleted by staff, it becomes impossible to report their posts. So, if there is a dead link, it's impossible to alert admins to have it fixed/moved. Instead, you have to hope it has a reply and then report the reply saying, "the OP link is dead but I can't report it"
