Why are people still using telegram for risky business? Why aren't you atleast using Session or Simplex or even Element for that (please make this a priority!) We should encourage those chat platforms for people to be doing those things rather then Telegram... As for the safety of all parties involved!

No chat platform will ever be completely secure and there is no simple answer for security. You cant have convenience and security in one package they don't work together. Skype, MSN, Discord, Telegram, etc etc are all a no go because if you do something bad enough those records will be released. You can use burner phones which are cheap but at the same time still can be traced to whomever is using it. Basically people think you can do this and that and be secure but thats not how it works you can at BEST buy yourself a little more time than the average user but you'll never escape the all seeing eye of Uncle Sam especially if you fuck with his bottom line $$$.

The problem is burner phones don't exist all around the world lots of countries now (even phillipines require drivers license for any sim card prepaid or otherwise) and as you said even burners can be traced... The problem with telegram is your IP is constantly retained and if your proxy/vpn doesn't connect instantly right other you connected to your internet then BAM you are done...
