In July 2023, the Russian social network for road users Noomera/Noomeera (noomeera.com) suffered a data breach that affected over 2 million users and after their owners refused ransom leaked on BreachForums. The breach included over 1.3 million unique email addresses, avatars, dates of birth, device information, genders, geographic locations, names, phone numbers, usernames, vehicle details and vehicle identification numbers. The data was breached and leaked by @perell
