I sent 4x transactions at 0:11, I sent one more at 0:17

Tried sending another, received this intead of any credits being transferred.

Alright cool, I sent too fast, I'll wait until 0:30 to send the next one.

That did not work.

Hmm, that's strange, same error. Maybe the timer resets everytime you try to send a new balance? So let's wait a full 15m+ before trying again.

Okay. 1:20 rolls around.  Did it send? Nope, cannot send. Same error.

Alright. It's now 3:54 , I still cannot send. 
~2.5hrs after the last attempt to send, ~3.5hrs after the last sent. Still stuck in this 15minute blockage.

It is 9:20, still unable to send.

I am going to see if after logout out tonight, signing back in tomorrow , if I can send the last 4 giveaway winner's earnings.
After logging out, logging back in at 20:00 worked
