Would be great to have a Dedicated Forum just for Wall of Shame

ALL users with Negative rep would auto go there

All DWC users would go there

Then Staff could also move other users they feel belong in it

Hell even a UserGroup called something like WOS and where there was Member directory visible so everyone could see them
