There are a lot of scrapers posting and notifying companies of leaks. A scraper prevented one of my attacks, although that was my fault for being so brazing. 

I recommend adding more PoW requirements to accounts that have been online for over 10 hours and have no threads or posts. I also think there should be blacklisted User Agents, for instance, Python.
This is a real problem and needs to be handled swiftly. Accounts with a week online and 2 nonsense posts should be IP BANNED @GabrielCher, actually, it might be better if there was a PoW and captcha for new users until they meet a simple threshold, this should also be done with accounts that have been online for multiple days and have no threads or posts.  

If you want help with the captcha, I have experience making them, and I can do it for free since I don't care about money.

It's not hard for a monitoring companies to make sockpuppet accounts and do a minimal amount of interaction to blend in, plus upgrades are cheap. I don't think this will do anything.

IMO a video based captcha would be nice, would be difficult to handle too with ML etc.
