BUG Credits can be obtained even if the thread is not created

If a user is banned and they want to appeal and create a thread, but the thread does not comply with the given format, it won't be created. However, it still gives the user a credit for the thread.
I accidentally generated 3 credits because of that. I'm more than happy to give them back, though.
