about the vulnerability:

This vulnerabillity is called Reentrancy on ETH Based Smart contracts
This basically allows you to transfer funds from the vulnerable smart contract to you.

Reentrancy vulnerability on smart contracts are when a function called: call() its not correctly sanitized
On the Smart Contract Code.
