Mental disorders' diagnosis

You should never be afraid to see a doctor about something. The only thing that has me off about seeing a specialist is misdiagnoses or ignorance on the specialist part. It can happen and it can screw your life up. I went to 3 different sleep specialists before being employed and having good insurance and spent over 30 grand to find out I had insomnia and mild sleep apnea. I had a lot of trouble sleeping with nothing going on in life and the first 2 specialist did nothing and offered no advice. Hopefully you find the help you need if there's something going on in your life

gotta be careful. during covid, a lot of restrictions on telemedicine were lifted and a bunch of mental health sites that are really just pill mills popped up. they'll pretty much let you name the disease you want to be diagnosed with.

It requires an evaluation by a specialist (psychiatrists and psychologists)

I was researching this a while back. There are some free ai diagnosis tools online. Just try out 3 or 4 and compare the results.
