Hello,

It is necessary to contact the owner of a website. The story is that it lies behind the cloudflare service. There is some way to get to know who actually registered the website or who the current owner is, to contact him directly.  

Any idea to resolved this?

One solution to this problem would be trying to basically find a misconfiguration on the website, for example a subdomain not being passed through cloudflare or something. Here is a tool from github for it: https://github.com/FDX100/cloud-killer
