Looking for a tool to find a victims email/number via name or social username. Don’t clown too hard I’m still pretty much a noob to this. Any advice is appreciated.

Others may know of specific tools...
But, for a start, check the Home -> Tutorials -> Doxing Tutorials section. If you order the threads by "Creation Time" - the recent OSINT Toolkit thread has some good links and the All-In-One Online Investigation Toolkit looks like it could be a great resource.
