If you want to read Twitter profiles without logging in, use Nitter instance. Same goes with Invidious instances to bypass YouTube blocks. You can even run instances of these software on your own VPS, publicly or privately.

For a social media presence, I'd recommend something like the Fediverse (ActivityPub, etc) - it's a cross between email and Twitter. Each operator has their own server - with registration either open to the public, or private for yourself and friends - but you can communicate with users on other servers and they can communicate with you.

seeing that Facebook = Instagram = Whatsapp = Meta, getting rid of anything that's been ZUCKED is a good start.

Signal or Session for messaging, Nitter for a twitter alternative (or Mastodon)

Main idea is having services alternative. So, when people say something like "is difficult change because no have any option" will could be share the list. For example: Mastodon.

Maybe, will useful to make a table with different alternative for each service.
