Dear friend it is very critical to download parts from telegram. From 2 days , i failed many times to download it. Is it possible to upload that data from another way, i means mega, pixldrain or others?

use 7zip just simply its in 10 parts

so i download each part to extract? cos it doesnt extract just downloading 001, do i need to dl all parts?

no there are 5 parts in full leak and 10-13 files in each part so you need at least 10-13 files to extract one part of the full leak, and those 5 parts aren't connected to each other so you can have all parts or one as you like but to extract one part you need all those files of that part

This is not a training camp, these are PICTURES & its a bitch getting them into a CSV file, but if you ever do, look me up. lol !!
   I want any DMV or Drivers Licenses Records in CSV or SQL format, same with ANY Voter Lists I don't already have. 
   I use this stuff to LOCATE people "ONLY", so, I'm not interested in stealing shit from them, don't need copies (pictures) of Drivers Licenses or Social Security Cards, they are only good for helping thieves. 
   Can't SEARCH them in any way, unless someone writes a detail on the picture to look for. (but that is not really helpful either) Useless to me.
   The Texas Drivers Licenses on here, those are GREAT, you can use them to LOCATE people with. lol !! I checked them out & all my Texas friends are in them, so, I sent them a copy (of their record), so they know they are out here.  
   Not they they can do anything about it, but it helps them by knowing their data is available & to watch out for thieves posing as them. That is what real friends do. I have other states, the same way, but can't post them because of my friends being in them.
