I suggest so y'all make some type of requirements in order to access the Shoutbox so we can remove some of the scrappers and Trollers (w the new accounts).

Type of requirements:

• Having at least ~2 hours on the website (not the account oldness).
  
• Ranks bypass this requirements.
  

I hope this suggestion will help the staff. (because I feel like it is a pain in the ass to ban scrappers n Trollers all day)

1. Have about 25 posts (If its a leecher, they can only do 10 posts a day)

The requirements idea is amazing. This will definitely help the staff. I don't know about your suggestion about forum time, scrapers can farm hours automatically. Posts would be a better option in this case.

+1, but if a requirement like this is added it becomes quite vital to detect the retards spamming all threads. The current leeching detection seems to be quite effective to some extent at least, but is it enough if an update like this is pushed?
