Tried on my VM machine , same problem as the versions you can find on Github : Asks for msvcp140.dll but even if you get it and put it in the right folder it still asks for it. The reason? Non-functional version with probably a trojan inside.

I've installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributable and it doesn't change anything.
