An one account leaked, very old and not used. How recover password access if only is has the hash password leaked. Or in other words, which process for show again password in plain text across the hash password leaked.

Not at all. The question is phrased differently. You have a password hash (discovered when checking email in a leaked database), which is assumed to be in SHA1 format. But the internal encoding (salt or pepper) is unknown, and the online services that are known are not capable of returning the password from the hash in plain text. 

From here, the question arises: knowing the hash string, how can you find out what type of salt it has and what can be done to recover the password? And with it, the lost access linked to the accounts.

It has nothing to do with Wayback Machine (mentioned in another response), at least there is no apparent connection or way it can help recover the password.
