The issue is that you don't know which forum user scammed you. You were scammed twice on Telegram by four different users, who you suspect might be the same person, but there's no concrete evidence pointing to any specific forum member. So, I don't think that the forum admins/mods would be able to do something about it!

I think our Amigo here was ran through a "ask him, I am trusted" scam. Lol.
