Details: I bough this service from the user on April 10th for 250$, before the payment he said he's ready to send the money.
I provided all the details he asked, then the situation started to develop very slowly. First he said he needs to setup proxies and other technical stuff. After my question and 3+ hours of silence he said he's waiting for a good card. Today he completely ignores my messages, although he regularly visits this forum. I paid and I got nothing, the user is not responding. I would like to ask the administration of this forum for assistance. The proofs will be provided upon request
