At this point there is no other defense for Dumper. I've attempted to investigate more and ensure these claims are valid. There has already been one scam report, in which the person who opened it was provided a refund. While we do sometimes allow for a refund in cases where there is a mistake/understanding - this is not something that is allowed to become reoccuring. User has been banned.
