How did you get scammed: I requested a source code, which he accepted and quoted a price of 200 USD. I agreed and paid for it. I informed him that I would be away for a few days and that we could revisit it upon my return. He agreed, but then began to ignore my messages. Later, he claimed he was very busy and eventually stated that he would refund the money, which he never did.
