This was via telegram and then he deleated the conversation. He is targeting people in this community. I have his wallet address if you would like me to publish it but it does not make a difference since its XMR...

NEW PROOF OF THE SCUMBAG ATTACHED HERE I JUST MESSAGED HIM TELEGRAM BUT he has confirned that I sent the $25 which is the PROOF in itself as he admitted it in his response above.... which meant that he wanted to scam. Only now that he is being called out he replies. So now that you have confirmed that you have stolen my $25 send it back to my wallet like you should have done in the first place as opposed to taking the money and deleting the conversation.
