Anyone knows why? I remember long time ago every base had passwords, now, there 1/20 leaked database that has a password, any expert can provide information for the reason?

I think they are storing fewer and fewer passwords and applying all the latest standards, so that makes a big difference.

Either Threat Actors are lazy or low skilled people and that's why the leaks nowadays comes from forgotten unprotected files, or are simply scraped data.
Or Threat Actors get full data in breaches but they keep the password field for themselves before leaking the data... that why the password field is not there anymore... and may be the same leak will appear "complete" (with passwords) a few years later.
