Archive them for researchers, news outlets & reporters ONLY, no passing shit around to low-life thieves. I have a way to keep them available for research, where they will be easy to inspect & keep morons from getting them.
I'll not go into the details on here, but if you find them (or other hidden breaches), message me & I can set it up. I have 1,000's of files already & only 3 programmers are able to use them. We check out anyone who has an interest in being part of our group & will reject anyone who is into doing "anything illegal" with what we have put together. We just collect data as a hobby.
This idea we have of building a separate source for storing things for those type people above, we've been kicking around for a while now & would like to set it up. We will check out anyone who asks for access to that group & make SURE they are who they say they are & telling us exactly what they want to do with the files, so nothing get leaked again. They will be able to write reports on what is in them, but not showing the data itself, to anyone, anywhere. This will help the general public understand how to protect themselves from getting caught up in these breaches & know if they are in them.
At the moment, its only an idea we have been kicking around between our group, but we have the resources to store the data where it can be checked out rather quickly, without waiting days to download large files. We already have a few million files stored & are being fixed, so we can run a search & get everything we ask for, all at one time in it.
