I run, walk, bicycle a lot, lift weight and push/pull ups etc. all the non faggot things <3 it becomes fun when you are actually in shape.

they make stand alone ones that you just fill the base with water or whatever and swing away, idk how often they leak or have issues, it's 2024, probably not often since they've been around forever .
