I ordered web hosting a long time ago, and everything was fine except that sending e-mail was not "authorized".
The fact that it is anti-DMCA loses all meaning if, by using a reverse-proxy and without being able to use the mail service, the server's IP address cannot be revealed.
However, support is reactive and their infrastructures are top-notch.

Regarding email sending, our web hosting plans require the use of an external SMTP server. Our internal IPs are not configured for SMTP, as this is part of our security and operational policies.

why i dont just use any vps if its have all those restriction
