Luffy and the crew be sailing through some crazy adventures, and Oda's world-building is off the charts!
am thinkin bout watching the series on Netflix, what do you think?

One Piece is funny.
But from the middle of the story, the setting becomes strange and boring at best.
It's like Calpis diluted to the limit.

Finally glad I caught up on the anime, got fed up of missing out

Just see the thriller but its not suit my taste , its allways hard to make good live action from anime/mangga This forum account is currently banned. Ban Length: Permanent (N/A Remaining)

Just finished the series, gotta say, it was great, not like the anime, but great

Honestly, it wasn't bad. Would rather they do this to the actual anime and not have it mainly nuked with fillers throughout the whole series.
It's a good quick watch though if you like one piece.

Out of all the Netflix adaptions, it's certainly 1 of the better ones

Manga > live action > anime lol imo
Anime is just so slow paced (it should legit be less than half the size if done right) and ngl if you have a friend who aint gonna watch 1000 eps, the live action is gonna get them into the series. No beating the original so manga wins, I dont have any pacing issues with it either, its just an anime thing
Btw Arlong Park is like 1/10 into the manga but less than 1/20 into the anime, thats how bad the pacing got later on
