I would like to announce that I have successfully obtained a dataset containing sensitive information about Russian pensioners from 2021 after breaching the security system of a financial institution related to pension management.

I really have no idea why it is so important to know what mobile phone operator being used by a russian 97 years old pensioner. I mean this is definitely NOT a pensioners' data breach but collection of old people mobile phones from various leaks. IMHO.
