This would only work on sites that have manually coded HTML forms for accepting credit cards, right? Most merchants, especially in the US, use a solution where the card form is either off-site completely with a callback URL, or iframed in from a different domain, which wouldn't be able to be read from by the parent domain due to CORS issues.
