Thailand's better, you can easily get proper training there and they often speak English because of tourism

yeah dagestan might be a bit tough with only english. also traveling there is not super easy. it all really depends on you. these are two very different places with very different cultures.

I usually watch muay thai, its more fun than MMA...just go to Thailand and train from there.
I have met many Thai and they speak in English.
