After 6 weeks, I think it's time to realize that Sakamoto Days is not fully tapping into its potential with the anime.
It's decent/passable, but it doesn’t generate anything close to what is being created by Solo Leveling.
One of the most important aspects of Sakamoto Days is its fights and action scenes, which in the anime are falling behind other studios that are focusing on delivering high-quality content without rushed release dates.
In my opinion, I would have preferred to wait one or two more years to see the Sakamoto Days adaptation, either by another animation studio or by the same one, but with a more refined and detailed animation, rather than having a release that’s not impressing anyone, even in such a weak winter season in terms of quality like the one we’re currently experiencing.
