How to use:

1. Install Foxy Proxy Extension
   
2. Open the extension and go to proxies tab
   
3. Input name (opsional), Type (SOCKS5), Hostname (127.0.0.1), Port (9050) and then save
   
4. Click on the Foxy Proxy and then press the proxies that you just created
   
5. Extract the downloaded file
   
6. Open ipchanger.exe
   
7. Click on TOR server > start
   
8. After finish, Click on IP changer > start
   

You can change the settings on Options
