I was thinking of starting to watch Mr. Robot, as a friend told me the storyline includes a hacker but that storyline fades later on.
Would you recommend this movie? Do you have any other suggestions?

Season 1, 2 and 3 are kind of related to hacking. Season 4 is .
You should watch Hacker (2016) maybe and Hackers (1995) .

It gets boring later on further season. But the hacking is not entirely unrealistic, which is a good thing in that series.

The hacking in it is generally really realistic in how hacks work and the tools that are available. I'd recommend watching it.

Isn't Mr. Robot a tv series? The command lines and the hacking stuff is realistic. It mimics the real hacking done by hackers.
