I'm shocked that no one has mentioned the OMG Cables yet... totally game changing when it comes to real-life pen testing. Wifi Pineapple, Rubber Ducky... basically the entire Hak5 store. The fairly new Flipper Zero is also super cool.

OMG Cable, requires to click trust on the phone and the flipper zero does useless things, the reast are okay
Plugging an OMG Cable into a computer lets you wirelessly send keystrokes to it, network commands, data exfiltration, keylogging, etc. On red team pen tests, getting into a building and swapping the charging cable going into a computer with an OMG cable with the OMG cable side going into the computer basically gives you full access to the machine. Flipper Zero can be configured to steal credit cards, open doors/gates that you shouldn't be able to, unlock hotel doors, steal RF from badges, etc.
All things that are extremely useful when doing ethical hacking or red team exercises. Do you not agree?
