I think in the near future, tiktok is overtaking tube. People are not really like watching long videos. But, if you managed to get very lucrative niche, you have both on your side then.

have to make good content. the market rewards people who offer good content. I would say if you're making videos to make money then you're doing it all wrong. you need to have passion for it because it take a very long time to come about

i'd say youtube is still worth it. Depends really, i bought a prepaid channel (i regret it, i should've just monetised one myself) and I pay someone to make videos for me. I get enough adsense to pay my video editor and script writer so its basically just passive income at this point. But i got lucky and found a good niche. dunno if i can replicate the success if i started a second channel tbh
