FTX & BlockFI were recently hacked through bankruptcy administrator Kroll's cloud getting breached. Not sure if this is publicly available anywhere yet.

This has never been publicly available and most likely will not be, or rather it will be possible, but when the hackers themselves finish robbing half of the users (the article states that in addition to hacking, they created several fake crypto sites to force users to tie their wallets and empty their accounts)
