BreachBay is a anonym document sharing platform wich don't have any rules. Like doxbin but for files and not only for doxes.

i assume it still does have some rules to prevent things like CSAM material from being shared?

Cool project. I would never host a site like this though; trusting people from here to upload content responsibly though is quite difficult. If you haven't already, I would make sure all newly posted content has to be 'approved' before it goes live.
