This method will allow you too get someones info from their plate
Not guaranteed too

Gives rough idea of who could be in current ownership

goodcar does not give you the vin though tells you the of the car like saying 4 records found hinting at previous owners though too see the info you have too pay


Take this plate 6SRM917 it is a california plate

Run it through any of the 3 plate to vin websites

you get the vin WDDNG71X27A066758

now you goto https://thatsthem.com/vin/ and you put the vin in

And that is what you get now does this mean this is the current owner no but it could be possibly, or even the last person documented with it though it can be helpful.
