what is it that you mean by opsec? to protect yourself online doing questionable activities so you dont go to jail? or to not be tracked across the internet? those are two different things that require two different approaches. regardless, the best way to learn opsec for either case is to put yourself in the shoes of the attacker and then dont do anything that would make it easy for the attacker.

example: if you want to be avoid being tracked online, read a book on tracking people online like the 10th edition of osint techniques and then just apply it inversely.
