As I've noticed, there have been some zero-day vulnerabilities for iPhones, especially with Pegasus. Additionally, I've observed that Apple support can access an iPhone's screen remotely using just the Apple ID. This raises the question: how can we determine if the iPhone is genuinely secure, or if it's essentially an operating system with limitations, and that's it?

There is not such as thing as absolute security. New malware is being developed all the time by big companies. It is an industry on its own and as long as there is money to be made, nothing will be staying secure for ever.
