Just like what the other poster said, media fatigue is unfortunately a thing.

with almost a million (official data) killed or missing from Ukrainian side, which is most likely more, I do think this is a lost battle. Heard that Zelensky is more willing to negotiate now with the Russians, who knows

Only Ukraine? The russia will put its paws where it wants: Georgia, Moldova, Japan... It also threatens its neighbors, such as Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. There, on television, you can often hear how the dropping of nuclear bombs on Berlin and London is discussed on state channels...

Ahaha, there's always a fucking war of some sort going on right?

I think we should consider two facts when we discuss the relevance of the war.

1) People are still dying and guns are popping. So the question is not if the war is still relevant or not. The question is, to who?
2) Other users mentioned this but the media makes it irrelevant for many people around the world. And again we see the question “to who?”

Yes the war is still relevant but not to that many people as of today. Unfortunately, people are still losing their lives.
