There is a method called the SS7 vulnerability, which is particularly used for phone tapping and intercepting messages. You need to download and install a program called Sigploit. From there, you'll set your device up for monitoring, and when that person calls you, the information will appear on the Sigploit program's screen. The important point is that since Sigploit is open-source, there are many variations available. Most of these variants have almost the same functions, so finding a regular variant will suffice. If you can't find one, I have a copy available and can send it to you. If you can't manage it with Sigploit, there are many SS7 exploit programs available on the internet that you can use. Lastly, SS7 is a somewhat complex vulnerability
